Hgdhglobal Empowerment Ltd, RC No. 1478376, with registered address at Udumualadja Quarter, Okpe LGA, Delta State, Nigeria. Hereinafter “Hgdhglobal”, “we”, “us”.
2. Services
Hgdhglobal provides a digital thrift contribution and investment platform. We pool member contributions and invest in SEC-approved instruments to generate target returns per cycle.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18+, a Nigerian resident, and complete KYC with valid NIN/BVN, government ID, and proof of address under CBN AML/CFT Regulations 2023.
4. Contributions & Cycles
1. Pay only to bank accounts owned by Hgdhglobal Empowerment Ltd listed on http://Hgdhglobal.com.
2. Cycle duration: 3, 6, or 12 months as selected at signup.
3. Late payments beyond 7 days may attract 2% weekly penalty or exclusion from cycle returns.
5. Returns & Fees
Returns are target-based, not guaranteed. Administrative/management fee of up to 5% will be deducted from returns.
6. Account Security
You’re responsible for your login. Report unauthorized access to support@hgdhglobal.com immediately.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts for false KYC, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by Nigerian law. Disputes go to arbitration in Delta State under Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.

1. Data We Collect
Name, phone, email, DOB, address, BVN/NIN, bank details, government ID, selfie for KYC, plus transaction + device info.
2. Purpose
To open/manage your thrift account, process contributions/payouts, comply with SEC, CBN, NDPC regulations, prevent fraud, and send updates.
3. Sharing
Shared only with banks, Paystack/Flutterwave, SEC, CBN, NDPC, and KYC vendors under confidentiality. We never sell data.
4. Retention
Stored securely. Retained for 7 years after account closure per CBN AML rules, then deleted.
5. Your Rights
Access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your data. Email privacy@hgdhglobal.com. Response within 30 days.

1. Guarantee*: Returns are targets only. Capital is safe. You may get less than your interest.
2. *Investments*: Funds go into treasury bills, commercial papers, fixed deposits. Subject to market + credit risk.
3. *Not a Bank*: Not licensed by CBN as a bank. Working towards NDIC.
4. *Early Withdrawal*: 5% penalty + subject to approval.
5. *Regulatory*: Hgdhglobal is working towards SEC registration for collective investment schemes. Participate until approved.
